Delayed Flightwe are the force of tsunamis
lying in the places the sky ends
for few moments
when she breathes.
and in her exhalations
i hear music
too soft
but too sweet for my
pepper lips
and divided lungs.

she entangles our hair
waiting for the day
we can intertwine our pain
and collect our tears
and taste our lonely nights
in the hollow of our hands.

she's got lips like bonfires
and smiles like a hungry ocean
that polishes my words
and cradles my heart when it's cold.

and it's been so long
since the water stopped receding
and the seconds stopped throbbing
her melodies on my temple.

or paint on a smudged smile
full of bright colors.

The agonizing screams.
The stinging cries.
The heart-wrenching pain.

I sit here, writing these words from the sole of my heart through the depths of my mind. Contemplating the choices I have made, the choices I have not. I endlessly wander through the thoughts that roam in my mind about the people I love and care about, more than life itself.

For, the slicing pain she feels, I feel deep within my left breast.

For, the tears she cries, I taste the bloodshot rust in my mouth.

For, the screams she releases from those parted lips, I hear a bullet shoot through my ears and

can't escape it...Sometimes I love it;
Sometimes I hate it;
One thing's for sure;
I can never escape it

Write. Write. Freak.A person sits in a room
The room is dark
The only light source is the computer screen.

The only thing the person is moving is her hands
She keeps her hands on the keyboard
Her eyes are glued to the screen.

The writer is not lonely
She has friends in her stories
In her poems.

Although she's tired
She still writes
Because that's what she likes.

So don't disturb a person
Who's writing or looks like she/he just got an idea
It could end out with fatal causes.

Weight To BearI try my hardest to avoid the attention,
To avoid making others worry.
I try to avoid having people care,
When in the end the results are unbearable.
My situations aren't always the best,
Some call for pity.
But I don't want pity and I do not ask for it,
There should be no worries.
No one should worry about what goes on,
There are much more important things out there than me.
Though I can't always take care of myself,
I don't wish to involve anyone else in my misery.
If you have a problem or crisis of any kind,
Don't hesitate to call for me and I will be there.

JaneThe name Jane has always appeared somewhere or the other in my writing. Either in the words 'plain Jane' or 'Jane was not-' or even, 'how about a simple name like Jane'? Now, I never have known a Jane. Not ever. At least not until a few days ago. All I had were the many Janes in my stories to go on as reference.

Isn't it funny how you can associate faces with names? You start picturing what a Jane would look like. Probably someone with mousy brown hair, brown eyes, thick eyebrows and a pretty smile. Rather insipid, not nearly beautiful or even pretty but passable.

but that's okay. i was never much more than a scattered mess of ideas anyway.

people wonder how it is that i can turn pain into such wonderful things (words; jokes; smiles; love). the answer is there was a time when i didn't have all that many options. it was pain or death, and either way it had to be as good as i could make it.
death didn't work because the balcony fence was too high. or because i was too short. probably because i was too short. it must have been my fault.
so i had to go for pain, and i had to learn to make it beautiful.

     Really, now?
          I hadn't
       n o t i c e d.

Does that make me

                                wrong?

Am I bad?

           I just didn't quite
      understand
                              the circumstances.

When you say that she's
                               different,

do you mean the way she

                     looks,
                                         talks,
                                                                or acts?

All of the above?

Outwardly, she's so calm...
                                   but I know,
